The Pink Orange is committed to exceeding your expectations and we go to great lengths to carefully design, display, and ship our beautifully crafted products in a safe and timely manner. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, simply contact us so we can address your concern.
We are committed to providing our customers with an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers. If, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied after receiving your products, you have 15 business days from the original date of receipt to return your merchandise. Personalized items, including custom printing, stamps, embossers, and note pads are not returnable.
In the event that your merchandise arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 business days. From there you will receive instructions on how to return the damaged products to The Pink Orange, and we will happily ship out a replacement. Please do not discard any damaged products unless explicitly instructed to do so.
All merchandise, regardless of why it is being returned, must be received unaltered, in its original packaging, within 15 days. Once we receive the product at our studio, we will notify you via email. From there your new products will be redelivered immediately, or we’ll issue your refund. Refunds can only be issued in the same manner that payment was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
